$395 resort certificate for 7 nights - Choose from over 500 Resorts Worldwide on TripAlertz

I haven’t used this company specifically, but I am a big fan of resort certificates.  You get the benefits of staying in expensive timeshare resorts, but you don’t have to pay huge membership fees or the annual maintenance/membership fees.

Important:

You can only book your resort 60 days prior to travel and their inventory only shows a 60 day booking window.  If you wanted a trip of July 1, you could book it on May 1, etc.
